The history of the development of polyacrylamide can be traced back to 1893, it was first created by Moureu through reaction of acryloyl chloride and ammonia under low temperature. The first polyacrylamide synthesis patent was issued by the American Cyanamide Company in 1950. In 1954, non-ionic and anionic polyacrylamide was developed. In 1962, China built the first polyacrylamide production unit to produce hydrosol products in Shanghai,it was not widely promoted and used due to the restrictions of viscosity, fluidity and solubility of the products. In 1980-1990 cationic and amphoteric polyacrylamide successively put into production. In the early 21st century, with the rise of tertiary oil recovery, environmental protection policies become stricter, China's polyacrylamide market is active, there are dozens of manufacturers, but due to the limitations such as manufacturers formula, production process, development fields, production costs and other reasons, product quality stability is not high, the model is relatively single, eventually lead to many problems, such as the flocculation settling effect is not good, excessive discharge is detected, the sludge disposal cost increases, the dosage increases, frequent maintenance of equipment, which causes a lot of adverse effects on production. Based on the many defects in this market, Shouxin Environmental Protection officially created the world's stable quality brand of polyacrylamide in 2008, aiming to provide customers with more, more stable and more matched polyacrylamide products through the formulation research and development, the whole-process supervision and the scale selection, so as to improve the use effect and optimize the cost, and solve the problem of unstable quality and single model in the polyacrylamide industry.

In 1893
Polyacrylamide was first created by Moureu through reaction of acryloyl chloride and ammonia under low temperature.
In 1950
American Cyanamid Company published the first patent of synthetic polyacrylamide.
In 1954
Polyacrylamide was put into industrial production in America. The first generation was sulfuric acid catalytic hydration technology. It was complex with high cost and low purity. The first type was nonionic polyacrylamide, then anionic polyacrylamide was developed.
In 1962
Shanghai Tianyuan Chemical Plant built the first polyacrylamide production unit to produce hydrosol products. It was not widely promoted and used due to the restrictions of viscosity, fluidity and solubility of the products.
In the early 1970s
Dow in America and Mitsui in Japan developed the second generation technology-binary or ternary skeleton copper catalyzing, almost no waste water, gas or residue,easy to achieve industrialization,containing small amount of additive reactants.
In 1980
Cationic monomer DAC was successfully developed in Japan. Cationic polyacrylamide was then put into production.
In 1985
Academician Yinchu Shen developed the "10,000-ton acrylamide production technology by microbial method.", which achieved the large-scale production of polyacrylamide.
In the early 21st century
Polyacrylamide market in China became more active. There were dozens of manufacturers but products were lack of variety and quality was not stable due to the restrictions of formulation, manufacturing process, development field and production costs.
In 2008
Shouxin officially began its way as a global polyacrylamide brand with stable quality, to develop more, more stable and more matched polyacrylamide models for global users。
In 2007
Shouxin was established focusing on water treatment chemical materials.
In 2008
Transited to specialize in polyacrylamide,Set up professional R&D, quality control, sales and after-sales teams.
In 2009
