Product Application
Municipal sewage is the general term of domestic sewage, industrial wastewater and runoff sewage in urban areas, which is usually collected and discharged into water bodies by urban pipes or treated by urban sewage treatment plants.
General urban sewage treatment methods can be divided into three categories based on principles: physical treatment, biological treatment, and chemical treatment
The use of polyacrylamide in municipal sewage is generally a post-stage biochemical sludge treatment process, and the sludge is filtered into the filter press after adding polyacrylamide, thus forming a mud cake.
The municipal sludge is dehydrated by belt filter press, which can dehydrate the sludge to 80%-85% moisture content. With plate and frame filter press, van filter press, can dehydrate to 75%-83% moisture content; With a diaphragm filter press, it can dehydrate to 70%-78% moisture content;
