Polyacrylamide (PAM) is mainly used for sewage treatment and sludge dewatering in oilfield environmental protection treatment. As a high-efficiency flocculant, it can quickly condense suspended matter, oil and fine particles in sewage into larger flocs through charge neutralization and adsorption bridging, which is easy to separate and remove, thereby purifying water quality and meeting reuse or discharge standards. In addition, PAM can also be used for sludge dewatering, improving solid-liquid separation efficiency, reducing sludge volume, and reducing subsequent treatment costs.
